How can you train quality hypnotherapists in 100 hours?
We have a highly concentrated and focused program that saves you both time and money - and we give you an education of the highest quality. Our state-licensed training program is hands-on from the first day. We have a method that we teach and which you learn and practice each time we meet. You also learn many other aspects about the field of hypnotherapy, which include numerous tools and techniques. We have monthly workshops that further your education. You graduate with the ability to work with almost every person who comes to see you in your practice. In addition, we have quality students who have deep life experiences that they integrate with the new understandings they receive in our program. We have award-winning teaching at our school, and we have many successful graduates who do sessions, appear on the media, give workshops, and have a great source of income and fulfillment in their hypnotherapy work. What kind of certification do I get? What does it enable me to do?
After our Core Training, you become a Certified Hypnotherapist. At this time, hypnotherapy is a certified, not a licensed profession. You can practice and earn your living, if you like, as a Certified Hypnotherapist. After fifty more hours, you become an Advanced Certified Hypnotherapist. Although hypnotherapists are not licensed, hypnotherapy schools are licensed and strictly regulated by the state of California.

You become internationally certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists.

What is the difference between the intensive and extended programs?
The intensive program takes place on six consecutive days in one month and six consecutive days in the next month. The regular program is held on weekends. Many people who come from out of town like to take our intensive, as this gives them the opportunity to complete the course with a minimum of return visits. Even some people from within the area find that the intensive suits their needs better than a weekend training.

One of the advantages of a weekend program is that there is time during the week to practice between classes. Many people like the weekend training because it gives them time to absorb the material.

What kind of organization is the National Guild of Hypnotists?
The Guild is a worldwide hypnosis certifying organization. The Guild has regular conferences in New Hampshire with over 1500 participants. There are also Guild-sponsored legal advocates who participate in legislatures all over the country representing the Guild’s members. The Guild is highly supportive, having a lending library of videos and audiotapes, referrals, legislative support, regular meetings, and much more. You can also obtain liability insurance through The Guild.

Is there any legislation that will affect me?
New legislation has been passed in California requiring that a disclosure statement be given to each client. We supply you with text for these statements. Alternative Health Practitioners are now totally legal in the state of California when they use the disclosure statements.
